Terms of service

1. If the client decides to have their fursuit made by Prisma Fursuits, they must agree to and comply with all of the rules stated below.

 

2. If the client cancels their fursuit order after making at least one payment, Prisma Fursuits will retain 40% of the amount already paid to cover material and production expenses.

 

3. The only official means of communication between the maker and the client are Prisma Fursuits' social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.

 

4. During the production of the fursuit, photos of the work in progress will be shared through the Telegram channel @PrismaFursuits or via chat on the social media platforms mentioned above. Any changes or adjustments the client considers necessary must be communicated during the construction process. No modifications will be made after the fursuit has been completed.

 

5. The client must allow the maker creative freedom to perform their work. Every maker has their own style, methods, and working pace. Comparisons with other makers or fursuits will not be tolerated. Prisma Fursuits' goal is to follow the provided reference as closely as possible while maintaining its own cartoon or kemono style.

 

6. The client may not publicly share photos of the fursuit during production in order to prevent unauthorized use or theft of the work-in-progress images.

 

7. If the client fails to respond to messages or takes an extended period of time to contact the maker, production of their fursuit may be paused until communication is resumed.

 

8. If the client becomes completely unresponsive, their fursuit may be sold as a different fursona after 5 months without any response, counting from the date of the last contact.

 

9. If the client refuses to make the required payments or cancels the order after a substantial portion of the fursuit has already been completed, the maker may sell the unfinished or completed fursuit as a different fursona.

 

10. Late payments will be tolerated; however, if two payment installments become overdue, production of the fursuit may be paused until the outstanding payments are received.

 

11. Under no circumstances will the fursuit be shipped before the full payment has been received.

 

12. Prisma Fursuits does not guarantee that the fursuit will be completed before the estimated production time. Pressuring the maker to speed up the production process may directly affect the quality of the fursuit.

 

13. Once the fursuit has been shipped, returns, refunds, or shipments back to the maker for adjustments will not be accepted under any circumstances.
