Terms of service

  1. If the customer wants to comission his fursuit with Prisma Fursuits, he must agree to follow all the rules mentioned below.
     

  2. If you give up on your fursuit after the first payment, we keep with 20% of the money already paid to cover material expenses;
     

  3. The only methods of communication between the furmaker and the client is through Facebook Prisma Fursuits, Instagram Furry_sm or Telegram;
     

  4. During the production of the fursuit, photos of the entire procedure will be sent, everything that the customer finds it necessary to be adjusted should be indicated during the fursuit construction, will not be made changes after finalized;
     

  5. Let the maker do her work, each one has its own style, method and timing. Do not do comparisons with other makers, Prisma Fursuits' goal is to get as close as possible to the reference received in cartoon style;
     

  6. The customer will not be able to publish or share photos of fursuit production to avoid image theft;
     

  7. Customers who do not respond or call after a long time will have the production of the your fursuit paused until next contact;
     

  8. If the customer disappears completely, he runs the risk of his fursuit being sold as another furson after 1 year of no response;

  10. Late payments will be tolerated, however, when two payment installments accumulate, the fursuit will be paused until it receives payment due;

  13. Once the fursuit is shipped, no returns, refunds or submissions for adjustments;
